I did my MBBS from Tamilnadu and my domicile state is also Tamilnadu Can I apply for state quota of Karnataka?

No, you cannot apply for Karnataka state quota. State quota seats are only for candidates who have domicile of that state or fulfil the state’s eligibility rules.

Since your domicile is Tamil Nadu, you are only eligible for Tamil Nadu state quota. For Karnataka, you can only apply through the All India Quota or management/NRI seats if available.

As you have done your MBBS from Tamil Nadu and your domicile state is also Tamil Nadu, you CANNOT apply for the Karnataka state quota as the quota is reserved for candidates who have a domicile of Karnataka or have studying in Karnataka for a specific number of years which is 7 years.

Since you did your MBBS in Tamilnadu and your domicile is also Tamilnadu, unfortunately, you cannot apply for Karnataka's state quota seats.

Karnataka state quota seats are only for candidates who meets domicile or long-term study criteria in Karnataka. Your option is to apply through the 15% All India Quota(AIQ) in government colleges or consider private college seats in Karnataka, where domicile criteria are generally not required.
