I did my school in tamilnadu board syllabus so neet is possible to me?

Tamil nadu board has revised the syllabus to a short extent uptil now to fit according to NEET requirements. But there's still a huge gap and statistics of 2017 show that students from any board other than CBSE face a setback. This has been a political issue and a lot of debate is going on to find a solution for this as well.
You could find reference books that fit the syllabus and maybe give yourself adequate time according to your ability and prepare.

Yes , You are eligible .But the tamilnadu board syllabus wont be enough to crack the exam . So please learn some cbse chapters in NCERT if you can . Good luck .
