Shaheena, you need to be present for the first round off AIIMS PG counselling to be eligible for the second round. According to the guidelines, in order to be eligible for the second and third round of counselling, you have to be present in all the previous rounds. Hence I am sorry but you will not be eligible for the second round since you did not attend the first round of counselling.
