I did not qualify for jee advanced 2019 and I got 72% in boards.Am I eligible to participate in josaa counselling?

Hello,
Since you were not qualified to write Jee advanced, you don't have good jee mains marks. You can apply for counselling, but you won't get an admission into good colleges. Try for some private universities/colleges.
