Hello ,
as your query is you didn't applied for the UGMAC counselling process and you want to know that whether you are eligible to attend the process now or not.
I want to tell you that yes of course you might be eligible to apply for the counselling process or attend the counselling process but the counselling process for you won't start with the first round only you have to to cope up with the the current round of the counselling process and you won't be benefited with the seats that were available for you from the very first round of the counseling and therefore you may have a very limited options of seat.
