I didn't attempt btech 2-1 sem exams and lab exms do I have a chance to write 2-2 sem exms directly. please clarify my doubt

Hello dear,
It depends on college to college wether private or government . Most of the private college have this feature that you can write your exams again at the end of year . You only have to attend college for some time and you will appear for exams.
