i didn't claim fee reimbursement in first year MBBS can i claim in 2nd year... what is the process

The rules and procedure for the reimbursement of fees varies from colleges to colleges. So you have to check the details corresponding to your college you are studying at. But in most colleges the fees is reimbursable every year after the payment of the fees or successful admission in the next academic year. So you have a fair probability of getting the facility in your second year.
