I didn't filled option form in CAP round 1 in LLB 3 years 2018 & now my Login ID is blocked. Please tell me what can i do now?

It's absolutely alright, your login id will automatically get unblocked either for 2nd or 3rd cap round.

The only chances you have is to go with the helpcentre of LLB or MH CET official page.
I hope they only help you out in this.
