I didn't give my Jee February session properly .My score is totally less due to lack of preparation. Can I try for my March session.

The National Testing Agency ( NTA) has planned to conduct four session of JEE MAINS 2021 . Students can opt for as many session as they want in order to increase their percentile. Although they have to register for each session separately including the payment of fee for each session seperately.
So I believe the answer to your question is, Yes you can give Jee mains in March session also.
