i didn't mentioned EWS in neet pg application, ACTUALLY I belongs to EWS then can i claim as EWS candidate in neet pg counseling.

No, you cannot claim your EWS reservation by providing EWS category certificate at the time of counselling.The details which you have provided while filling the application form is considered to be true and you cannot provide your EWS category to claim reservation.You need to either take admission through general category or appear next year.
