Its okay even if you have not given cet.NEET verification does not ask you for cet proof as an obligation or compulsion. You just need your identity proof, 10-12th marksheets, caste certificate if required. However, if you want to go for the CET verification, there too they would ask for NEET/CET admit card and if you say them that you have given NEET and CET they would consider it.
