I din pass 12th cbse in 2018 and attempted again this year 2019 but sure not get above 75% for jeemains altough pass.Can i get 3rd chance?

If you are expecting to pass all the subjects and only want to improve your score then you should try giving improvement exams conducted by CBSE for this purpose only.
They can really help you in this situation and you don't have to wait and entire year.
