I got 75.4 persentage in my 12th cbse 2019 and i attempted jee and i was not been able to clear the cutoff by 3 points .

Actually you got good percentage in your 12 board.
First of all you didn't mentioned your age so if you are 17-18 years old then can prepare well this time and try once again next year for JEE mains by taking additional coachings. If you are from 19-21 years old then the better option is to make CSE in college

If you have confidence or desire to crack jee main or jee advance then you can drop this year and start preparation seriously. But if you do not want to take risk or waste your one year than its your choice and you can go for any college you want.
