Dear Giri, Jammu and Kashmir holds State Counselling for 100% seats. This State doesnt contribute to the Central pool. All the 100% seats are filled by the candidates who fulfil the domicile of Jammu and Kashmir. Other State Candidates no matter which State they belong to, cannot participate in Jammu and Kashmir State Counselling. This applies to both Government and Private MBBS/BDS colleges of Jammu and Kashmir.
