Yes, you can apply for TNEA. You can apply through other state quota.
Other state candidates are eligible for admission to 50 seats that are offered by various departments of Anna University, Chennai, through TNEA.
In order to be eligible you must have passed your HSC or an equivalent exam with minimum 50% in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry. For SC/ST candidates the pass percentage is relaxed to 40%.
