Having PCB in Class 12 generally does not by itself determine your eligibility for an M.Tech programme after completing an M.Sc . The important criteria are your M.Sc . subject, degree requirements, qualifying examination/GATE requirements and the specific institute's admission rules.

With an M.Sc . in Chemistry, you may be eligible for some materials science/materials-related postgraduate programmes, but eligibility differs between IIT Delhi and IISc and between individual specialisations.
