Here are the documents you need while filling JEE main application form,

Scanned images of photographs and signature
Is reserved then category certificate
Debit card/internet bank details
Photo identity proof such as Aadhar card, bank passbook or ration card etc.,

If you don't have your photo on ration card then it won't be valid, it's a proof of photo identity so photo is must use bank pass book or driving licence
