See you need to have biology in 10+2 with at least 50% marks in aggregate in order to be eligible for the NEET. As you know if you want to study abroad MBBS then also you have to qualify NEET thus you have to satisfy the eligibility criteria of NEET.

As you have Biology in 10+2 then you are eligible for NEET.

Depending on the university at which you will take admission the eligibility will be dependent.
