i dont have ration-card but i got free seat and also I have income certificate below one lakh is my free seat will gone or I can get it

No, your free seat will not be terminated just because you don't have a ration card. Your income certificate showing annual family income of below 1 lakh should generally be enough to keep your free seat anyway. Though ration card is not required if you can prove income through use of any legitimate documentation like, your income certificate.
