I don't have the exact same copy of the photograph I have uploaded in my CAT exam application. But I have another photo in which only the background colour is different. Although I have never faced a problem because of this at test-centres, I don't know about this time. What can I do for that?

Aashvi, you can take the photograph with you. That shall not be a problem. Also take a valid Id proof and you shall be fine.
