Sorry to say but you did not mention any exam's name but here is the way by which you can get the application number of most of the examinations.

As you do not know your registration number so you can the SMS or Mail you got when you registered.

They mention the registration number along the Mail and SMS.

In case you have lost that SMS or Mail then you can contact them so that they can resolve your issue.
