I have forgotten my register number please help me

It is always advisable that you must note down your registration no and password in an notepad or notebook.As u have mentioned you forgot your registration number there is no need to panick because every examinations board send registration number through email and sms you can search your mail and inbox you will get your registration number .
In worse case if you cannot find your registration number you can raise your issue by writing a mail to authority they will help you.
