No this is not enough you have to join any test series from there you know how much good your study and you also have to follow ncert not only mtg books. MTG biology is good but other are not good

The answer put simply is- NO

A lot of people face difficulty in choosing the methodology of studying while repeating
They're faced with a dilemma to choose between the conventional in-depth study of a 11th grader fresher or a more consorted and minimalistic yet practical repeater approach.

I'd suggest a combination of both.
Few concepts are essentially deep rooted in NEET, these are questions that have been evaluated on again and again through the years. You require a thorough reading of these concepts from NCERT text. And by that I mean inclusion of the imagery that the book uses and even the subtitles!
While solving mtg(or any other objective book for that matter) gives you a practise.

It is essential to revise the concepts and topics. You should take the advantage of topic wise distribution and weightage over the years so as to wisely devote your precious time to topics that deserve it more. That is better way to go through the previous years' papers.

I'm sure that with enough Grit and Enthusiasm this attempt would not be in vain for you! :)

Hi Muthu Saranya, As you said you have taken a year drop...means you have already passed class 12....Now you have almost 6 months remaining for NEET 2018, so you have to plan according...Regarding book i would suggest to have good grip over NCERT books,....as this is base minimum and then go for solving MCQS........you cn check you preeparation level by going to prepmeter in our website careers360.com......hopefully it helps...thanks..

Yes, this would be helping you but it would be better if you could practice NCERT properly as 80-85% questions come from there only. So I would say better to keep MTG books as reference material only. Apart from this, it is advisable to complete sample papers, previous year papers and once these are done try to devote maximum time of yours to online mocks as these would be showing where all you are still lacking, where all you have to work little harder and will also teach you time management skill during the exam and you will also be familiar to the actual exam pattern through this.
