Yes, you are eligible for job after B.tech but it totally depend on the company as well as some company consider the academic gap as well.

Yes, you will definitely be eligible for jobs given that you have a valid B.Tech degree. Also, while applying for B.Tech, you should produce a valid reason for the 2 years gap you had. Secondly, after the 2 years gap, you should not exceed the age limit for applying to B.Tech admissions. You must be careful about these aspects.
