I expected 374 marks in neet 2019 from sc .then is there is any chance to get admission.

No can not get a seat in Government Medical College with 354 marks , this much marks is not enough for your category i.e sc .
You need a minimum score of between 450 to 500 to land in government medical colleges for your category.
So you can think about taking a drop for next year.
