Jee will accept the score.
You can try for 95% and i'm sure that you'll get it.
Try clearing NCERT concepts well.
Hope you get into IIT or some good NIT.

During registration of Jee mains they will be asking for a roll no. Of 12th class.
Do mention the roll no. from which you think you'll get better marks in 12th.
