I failed in class 11th science ( physics) exam and science was never my cup of tea but my parents forced me to select science stream but now I want to opt arts but don't wanna take drop. So is it possible to directly give exam for class 11 and get admission in class 12 ? in CBSE board class 12

Hope you are doing well ! Indirectly,you are saying that you just want to skip class 11 and just wants to give its exam only which is not possible at all. If you want to take arts then you need to take admission in class 11th initially then you will go to 12 , directly moving to exam of class 11th will not be possible.

You can change your stream from science to arts with pleasure but the thing is you won't be eligible to appear for class xi exams in arts directly . You may leave science stream now itself.
On the basis of class x marks you will get admission to class xi arts in any college depending upon your class x score. After completing class xi , you will enter class xii ,
Other option , if you don't want take a drop or waste ond year then you have to reappear for physics exam , class xi and after passing it you may get arts seat in classxii .
