I passed 12th(Physics, Chemistry, Biology,English & Bengali) but failed in mathematics(Results-Pass).Am I eligible for NEET exam?(PCB-60%)

Hi Chintamani! For appearing in NEET exam, you need to pass 12th standard or an equivalent examination with PCB with minimum aggregate of 50% from a government recognized board. So, if you have failed in Physics, but then you have qualified it later, then yes you are eligible for NEET.
