The application form registration date for NEET 2019 is closed months ago. The last date was 7th December and now nothing can be done. There is no option available to register for NEET 2019 now.
So you will have to appear for the entrance exam in 2020. Till then prepare nicely for a year.

Well, there is one option available if you want to take admission for medical course this year. You can register for the JIPMER medical entrance exam which is conducted by JIPMER colleges across the country. The online application form started on 6th March and the last date for registration is 12th April 2019.
The exam date is 2nd June,2019.
