I filled JEE Mains as obc ncl and qualified by 92.5 percentile and If I qualify as JEE advance in General catagory. but Obc ncl certificate cannot produce as my oarents income are above the slab, can I get seat allotment in IIT, with General quota?

Yes, if you are unable to produce a valid OBC-NCL certificate because your parents' income is above the prescribed limit, you can still participate in JoSAA counselling and be considered under the General category. During the counselling/document verification process, candidates can request a category change from OBC-NCL to General if they are not eligible for OBC-NCL benefits.
However:

You will not get OBC-NCL reservation benefits.

Seat allotment will be done according to the General category rank and cut-offs.

You should submit the required category-change declaration/form during JoSAA counselling if applicable.
So, if you qualify JEE Advanced and meet the General category eligibility criteria, you can still get admission to IITs through the General category.
