I filled nchmct form but by mistake i filled my wrong class 10th cgpa (it was only a difference of 2 cgpa) will i be able to secure a seat?

A difference of 2 cgpa has a big impact on the selection process.
Unfortunately no requests for change/correction/modification of the application form is entertained by the authority.
You can still drop them a mail or call their helpline number and see if it helps.

i've already mailed them but they said that we can't make any correctionon. My cgpa was 9.2 and i have filled 9.4

Sorry soumya but there isn't any way out.
However if you do get shortlisted please make sure you communicate the same to the Institute and get it corrected there.
