i finesh diploma and i can apply with 10^th certificate are not and my age is 22 now

Dear Student ,
As you have not described your question properly , That's why it's not possible for me to give you accurate answer. Still, as you have told that you've finished your diploma .. if you have done diploma in Engineering field , then you can apply for B.Tech admission through lateral entry entrance exams.
But as your profile says that you are an aspirant of medicine , so.. you cannot apply for MBBS after diploma .. you need to to BDS or nursing at least for two years and after then , through Entrance exam .. you can get admission in MBBS in 3rd year and can complete the remaining course duration.
