Sorry to hear this from your side that you have forgot your application id password for B.sc nursing program. This is not a big issue as you can easily reset the password even if you forget the previous one. Simply follow these steps to recover your account:

• Rewrite the new password
• Save and login again

You didn't mentioned the name of the examination or the college for which you have lost your application ID. Although, I would recommend you to check your Official Email address/the official mobile number where the message/emails regarding the application is usually sent. So I would recommend you to visit this places, so that you can retrieve the application ID. Also if you have the confirmation page of the application then also you can find your application number. If still not found, contact the authorities in the official helpdesk or contact number.
