It is always advisable to keep your password and registration number safe But no need to Panick as every examination conducting authority send registration number and password details through your email and sms. You can reset your password using your mail or phone number and login using credential and download admit.

But here I am going to tell you a method by which you can easily get the password of most of the examinations.
You can check the mail or SMS you received when you registered. They mention the password in that Mail or SMS.
If you have lost that SMS and Mail then you can contact their authorities so that they can help you out.
