Since you have forgotten your login credentials, I would suggest you to kindly find your username in your mail. Once you register for any exams you receive an email consisting information about your username. Once you get to know your username, visit the site and there retrieve it by clicking on forget password and then create a new one.
Also please make sure next time you write your credentials at a secure place so that you can retrieve them later easily.
