I forgot to register for mop up round . Will i get back my refundable fee or not?

So, with regard to your query, NO, you need not register for the mop-up round you just only need to make the payment for that round, further, the total fee paid won't be refundable at any cost if you are not allotted any seat in that particular round. You will only be paid some amount for it.
