I gave cbse 2018 got 70% and gave imprvment got.74%but in jee mains i got 97%... how from nios may i eligible for mains 2020

Yes, you would be eligible for JEE Main, but only in 2020. Actually, the rules is you can give JEE Main only thrice in consecutive years, the first being the year you pass your class 12th. Since you passed class 12th first in 2018, JEE Main 2020 would be your last attempt.
