I gave Gate-2019 and my marks is coming out to be 44(ECE branch) and the predictor shows my marks to be in mid 500. Will I get into any IIT?

Considering the score that you have mentioned, you can get admission only in the following IITs mentioned below:
IIT Mandi
IIT Dhanbad
IIT Guwahati(only signal processing and communication engineering).
