I gave my 12 board in 2018 the 20 percentile is 332 for OBC in Jharkhand board and i have scored 325 will i be eligible for jee mains 2019

Firstly if you have appaeared for 2018 jee main only tgen you can appear in Jee Main 2019.
You can definitely be eligible for appearing jee main in 2019 if you appeares for 2018 and get admission in private engineering colleges .
Top 20 percentile is only required for NITs and IIITs and GFTIs..

so shall i fill my jee mains form with OBC CATEGORY OR GENERAL SINCE I HAVE CROSSED THE 20 PERCENTILE OF GENERAL CATEGORY BUT NOT OF OBC
