Both the institutes are equally good and the fee structure ranges from 10-20 lakhs ayear.

As you mentioned you have scored 380 in your 1st attempt we recommend you to take a prepatory one year drop and focus only on neet 2021.As you will still have to make projects, study for bds exmainations , college events etc. A drop from neet preparation is an better option as 60% of medical stidents are droppers. (and it really doesn't matter in long run)
