I get 15.92 percentile in jee mains in year 2020 can i get any govt college in counselling? My crl is 889654 and my sc category rank is 81153 please tell me.

Hello, at this rank you can't get get any Nit, IIIT,Good Gfti in Jossa counseling. Because cutoffs are very high and in this case your category rank is low.
It would be better if you apply for other states government and private colleges which accepts Jee mains marks for admission.
Also you should apply for private universities like Chandigarh University,Lovely Professional University, Graphic Era, Galgotia University.

Dear student,
As you are secured 889654 CRL rank in JEE mains then sorry there is no chance that you can get any government college from josaa counselling. But there is a chance that, if you belong from home state of NIT Mizoram ( that is, mizoram ) then by applying your home state quota you can get NIT Mizoram till last round counselling of josaa as per seeing the last year cutoff closing ranks.
But there is no chance that you can get any other college even the low government colleges.
So you better go with any private colleges.
