But you can get a Government Dental Seat certainly. But if you want to join BUMS, you will get a Government Unani College with that score. If I consider the previous year data .Then you have good chances of getting admission in any of the government colleges in uttar pradesh for bums through state quota .
The cutoff changes almost every year,so not much  can be predicted .cutoff depends on the difficulty level of the paper and the number of students who appeared for the entrance exam.
