I get 542 marks in neet so can i get goverment college .i am from obc category

In 2019 the score 542 is good enough to get a seat in delhi and almost all colleges in Bihar (with little doubt for PMCH ). Even MGM Jamshedpur.
542 marks more than 76 percent and the traditionally rank deciding subjects physics,chemistry contains standard questions. If we exclude year 2018 as exception,then 76 percent always remains excellent score .
