I get 71% in 12... Can i get admission in bsc honours or in which college???

As u have got 71% in non medical, that is really great but you will not get admission in government colleges but you can get in good private institutions. Have a great study ahead.

Of course...private institutions like sharda university, amity university, manav rachna international university. And if you want to go in other states you have clear their entrance exam to get into it..like banaras university

there are several branches in BSc hons degree that you can go for with your 71% marks in 12th.
try looking for colleges like sharda, amity, KR mangalam and such for you have different branches to go for, if you had science stream
if PCM, bsc hons in maths, chemistry or physics is good
and if you had biology, go for life sciences, botany, zoology, biotech and biochem.
