You can able to get around 6-7k rank...
As per your All India Rank and previous year cutoff,you have a very good chances to get Electronics and Communication Engineering in IIIT Hyderabad.

You will easily get a good branch like CSE and ECE with this much score of 99.8 percentile in jee mains.
I will tell you that you can get top nits like NIT warangal , Trichy, Hamirpur etc. You should choose the most appropriate college for yourself.
