I get IT in gl bajaj in first round of upsee 2019 can iget cs in next round if i choose float option and also tell about float option

If your rank is better than the previous year closing rank for CSE in gl bajaj institute, than you have chances for getting CSE. So, put it in float option. And it is alway better to keep float option if you want something better than what you got. If only you want the thing you got than only lock your choice.
