i get the 60000 rank in sc catagory can i get any nit college or any government college

A rank of 60000 is a bit low. Institutions such as the INdian Institutes of Technology, National Institutes of Technology or the IIITs are institutions that are very high in demand and are much sought after . And with the competition increasing by the day, the rank needed to get into such institutions keepin increasing. Also the courses you intend to take will play a major role in deciding on your admission into such an institution.
Since you mention that you belong to SC category, the cutoff for you is a bit lower. That can be advantageous. But even then it would be a tough call, given that you are specifically looking at IITs, NITs, IIITs and other government colleges, it can be a bit tougher. These are universities that require higher marks in general. Because usually government colleges are high in demand. So I would suggest you to look at other options as well. However, you can look at other colleges such as Anna University, Chennai, Andhra University in Andhra Pradesh, Delhi University etc.
