i give emprovement exam for all 5 sub and i got 75% now can i appy for jee advanced

Yes, You are eligible for JEE advanced, but you need to fulfill other eligibility also:-

• A candidate must have qualify JEE mains (paper 1) and among top 2,50,000 (including all categories) candidates.

•A candidate can attempt two times in two consecutive years

Yes, you are eligible to appear for JEE advanced but you can appear only two times for two consecutive years. Also candidates who wanted to improve their marks to fulfill the minimum aggregate percentage criteria are also eligible, the individual subject aggregate will be taken from any year (2018 or 2019) whichever is higher to calculate the percentage of marks.
