I wish you had mentioned your category and home state. The cutoff rank for BVSc for open category is around 3500 so try to score around 3000 to be in the safe zone in EAMCET , for SC and ST category scoring even around 10000 will fetch you a seat (if you are fromSC or ST category try to get a rank below 10000 to be in the safe zone).
Under NEET only 15% of the BVSc course is there so naturally you will have to get a rank below 50000 in all india ranking , that is atleast a score of 450+ to be sure. Personally i would sat getting a seat through EAMCET is easier in BVSc than it is in neet. I hope I helped. All the best.
