Yes you can get in government colleges in engineering

Hello aspirant!

I don't know which exam are you talking about for Engineering but I am pretty sure a rank of 103582 is not going to get you any government college for engineering. You can try for some low ranking private colleges by enrolling yourself in the counselling process. I wish you all the very best!
